Little Lambs is starting an afternoon Enrichment Class, fall of 2011.

Class space is limited to 16 students.
Pick up is from 2:55-3:05 pm

Child must be fully potty trained when school starts.
Tues/Thursday 9:00 – 11:45 am; pick up time starts at 11:45-11:55
Monthly Tuition - $ 165.00
Curriculum Fee (New Student) – $ 20.00
Registration Fee (Non refundable if space is granted)
Member of Church of the Word – $ 60.00
All others - $ 100.00
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1. VA Health Form – Please pick up a form or request by email.
All required immunizations must be up to date. If yearly physical exam schedule is not done on or before September 2011, the PreSchool box at the last page must be completed and signed by VA medical doctor.
2. Original Birth Certificate – Please bring the original Birth Certificate to the office for validation when registration is confirmed.
